Refund Policy

At ZephyrChime, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we offer refunds under the following conditions:

Eligibility Criteria

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery
  • Products must be unused, unworn, and in original condition with all tags attached
  • Original proof of purchase is required
  • Final sale items (marked as such) are not eligible for returns

Return Process

  1. Contact our customer service team via email to initiate your return
  2. Pack the item securely in its original packaging
  3. Include the original invoice or packing slip
  4. Ship the package to our return address (provided upon request)

Refund Methods

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect your return. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.

International Returns

Customers are responsible for any customs fees, taxes, or duties associated with international returns. We recommend using a trackable shipping method as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Items without original tags
  • Personalized or custom-made products
  • Items marked as final sale
  • Underwear and swimwear (for hygiene reasons)
